People & Departments

Departments are groups of people. They make it easy to send work to the right part of the team.

People

Each person belongs to one company workspace and has a System Permission Level: Staff, Manager, or Administrator. Preferred Name and Phone are optional.

Profile photo

From My Profile, choose Take Photo to use the phone camera or Choose Photo to select an existing picture from the device.

Departments

A person can belong to more than one Department. Managers and Administrators can add people to a Department from the Department screen or from the person’s profile.

Departments and tasks

When a Department is selected on a task, active members of that Department can see the task. Add individual People when someone outside those Departments should also be included.
